Hello & Happy New Year!
It's been a while since we've posted a new blog & we want to get back on track, providing our readers with information about the market, home tips & insights into our lives. This post is going to be about the latter.
We would like to take this time to reflect on this past year, acknowledging the personal struggles we've faced with the loss of my dad, Mike. Sherry & I have had to learn how to function as a 2-person team, each of us taking on roles that my dad handled seamlessly. We've learned what works for us now as a team, how best to handle situations that we haven't encountered before & even accepting help from our friends and family.
While our business model of a family of 3 to a family of 2 has changed, we are still diligent about providing our clients with the best customer service we can offer. We are still strong players in the real estate market & working hard to earn business & market ourselves in a thoughtful & meaningful way.
We have learned to say yes to things that have worked for us & we have also learned to say no to both clients & situations that we don't feel are right for us. Each situation that arises teaches us more about how we want to structure our business, learning from mistakes and celebrating the wins.
We have had the fortunate experience to work with some of the most wonderful clients this year & those people have made our year not only more successful, but more enjoyable as well.
To those of you who have trusted us with your most valuable asset, we want to acknowledge you and thank you. We do not take that lightly and we hope to continue to work with wonderful clients who help us grow our business and allow us to have fun while doing so in 2019.
We wish you a happy, healthy & prosperous New Year & we look forward to providing you with the same excellent service we have offered in the past.
